Observing the world of renewable energy and sustainable living

Walmart Goes Solar

Walmart, the superstore where Americans can get Chinese products in exchange for green printed paper (ah, the splendor of being the proud owner of the world’s reserve currency, a consequence of the outcome of world war 2), decided to install solar PV panels on the roofs of 27 stores to the tune of 10 MW. The project is a step toward the company’s goal of relying 100% on renewable energy. We hope this example inspires other companies to invest likewise.
