Will Martin on Peak Oil

Will Martin is a recent MBA graduate of the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. At Cornell Will was a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow and concentrated on studying sustainability in business through the school’s Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise. Prior to his MBA, he worked in the energy industry, living in Singapore, Houston and Dubai. He currently works in the energy industry in California. Will is a recipient of the “Pioneer Award” from the Association for the Study of Peak Oil and Gas (ASPO-USA).
Will Martin gave this lecture on April 19th, 2012 to the students of Professor Bill Schulze’s Sustainable Business class in Cornell University’s school of Applied Economics and Management. The lecture covers peak oil, the economics behind peak oil, the current state of our energy markets, the substitution to unconventional oil that is taking place and the future of “peak everything”.
