Initial Flying-V Test Successful
The Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands, Dutch national carrier KLM and Airbus have been working on a scale-model for a radical new airplane design. That model has shown today it can fly. The promise is 20% fuel reduction by flying in essentially a wing.
